He is able to bring his experience and professionalism to his customers, to solve their problems accurately, reconciling in a concrete way the optimization of the production process with the highest quality of the finished product. This is achieved minimizing the actual expenses of the company to achieve its goals. He realizes the process plants layout for National and foreign raw ham, Parma raw ham, Felino and Milano Salami, Coppa Piacentina, Coppa Argentina, Chorizo, Fuertes, Culaccia, Speck, with relevant special specification of the technological works to be realized, plant engineering calculations, optimization of the production process and technology consulting.
GOALS FOR THE FUTURE
The goal of S.T.S. srl is the ongoing study of dry sausages, speck and prosciutto crudo hams during processing, with the aim of gleaning information that can serve to develop strategic stages to help ensure these products’ safety and quality.
This will make it possible for S.T.S. srl to:
° Improve pork-based products: through the formulation of more recipes for each type of product;
° through innovations in processing technology;
° Develop new aged and fermented products;
° Participate in new national and international conventions and conferences focusing on meat Technologies and Sciences.
